Welcome to the road less traveled....

Picture

Shining Light Ministries is a 12-month residential program with two facilities treating addicts and alcoholics. This non-profit organization effectively works with women to face the difficulties in a biblical manner and prepare them to begin a new life without the bondages they had previously.

Alcoholism and drug addiction are progressive diseases, and unless the user stops completely, the disease will worsen in severity over time.  The intensity of this progression varies considerably and while some people may use for many years before things get noticably worse, they ultimately always do.
